TLDR:
UX Design is much more than wireframes. It requires a balance of the scientific method, researching and understanding the desires and needs of your Users/Players, and coming up with creative, fun solutions that delight and impress those interfacing with your product.
. \ PHILOSPHY
From psychology and empathy to visual design, audio, narrative, and marketing, UX design is everything. The game impacts the consumer beyond the experience of playing, leaving an impression on their mind - how this mental representation affects them is in part up to UX Designers.
Much of my approach balances the analytical, hypothesis-tested, data-driven strategies while maintaining the essential aspects of creative intuition and imaginative play.
Balancing this approach helps push designs to a level unachievable when solely relying on an analytical, data-driven approach.
Attention, Engagement, and Retention are crucial areas of focus for me when crafting experiences. Designing with these three areas in mind can distinguish between a generic experience and an amazing one.
Part of my mission is to share this way of thinking and help all those involved in development understand that they too should be thinking like a UX Designer. In a way, they too are UX Designers.

My methods will vary depending on what phase of development your project is in, and it depends on what role you would like me to assume, but regardless I'll utilize my experience to help direct, shape, or contribute to the vision.
I'll effectively communicate all my ideas thoroughly with detailed documentation, using screen recordings, narrations, annotations, storyboards, and decks to most effectively share the details behind the experience I'm designing.
Research and insights will help form usability exercises designed for various archetypes. Challenging assumptions and testing hypotheses made throughout the process will help ensure an optimal experience for the majority of Players.
After thoroughly analyzing your product, competition, and user base, I will craft Lofi Wireframes and prototypes with the Laws of UX in mind that will be tested against the results from the studies and adjusted accordingly.
